This Flower Jelly is made of petals and stigmas: The first of Roses, the latter of Saffron, both combined into a delicacy taken from the Arabian Nights.
Rose petals' delicate yet powerful flavors are deliciously exhausted by the aromas of Saffron into a sublime blend that will take you to heaven.
Initially tinged with pink tones, this Jelly was quickly adorned with the warm colors of the eastern sun brought by Saffron, while the whole petals of roses got frozen like veils of light silk in a picture, giving to the subtle delicacy its final beauty.
